Who do I call to pick up my dumpster?
Call your designated representative or call us at 888-350-3867 to schedule your pickup when you’re ready for pickup. 
How much space do I need?
Our trucks need at least 60 feet in a straight line leading up to the spot where you want to place the dumpster. We also need at least 23 feet of overhead clearance to raise the back of the trunk and roll off the dumpster. 
Can a dumpster sit on an incline?
As long as the ground is even, we can generally place a dumpster on an incline. Our experienced drivers will help determine whether your driveway presents a safety hazard or not.
Do I have to be present for delivery and pickup?
No, you don’t need to be present for delivery or pickup. We’ll take down your placement instructions when you order your dumpster, and our drivers will drop it off on your chosen spot. 
When will my dumpster be delivered?
We deliver dumpsters between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays, but we can offer instant availability depending on your needs. When you request a dumpster delivery, we’ll be able to provide you with an estimated arrival time.

What can I put in a 10-yard dumpster?
A 10-yard dumpster is perfect for removing heavy materials like bricks, sand, and concrete. The sides are low for easy loading, but it’s big enough to hold debris from small to medium-sized remodels.
How much can you fit in a 10-yard dumpster?
A 10-yard roll-off dumpster holds up to 70 33-gallon trash bags or between three to four truckloads of waste.
Is there anything I can’t put in a dumpster?
Some items we cannot accept in our dumpsters. Items containing hazardous chemicals or other things that can cause damage to the container or landfill. Ask your account manager about our list of prohibited items to learn what belongs in a dumpster.
Do you have a 20-yard short dumpster?
Yes. We have well-kept 20-yard suburban dumpsters readily available for all your projects—ideal for roofing and smaller construction projects that still require high weight limits. Our 20-yard short dumpster has 16’0’’L x 7’5’’W x 5’0’’H dimensions, making it ideal for your project.
What can you put in a 30-yard dumpster?
A 30-yard dumpster is a larger option for all sorts of projects. You can put toys, documents, old carpets, and non-organic trash items in the dumpster. But, you can also use them to store bricks, drywall, concrete, asphalt, and wood debris from new construction or renovation projects.
How much does a 30-yard dumpster hold?
A 30-yard roll-off dumpster can hold nine truckloads of waste or 190 33-gallon trash bags. It’s big enough to hold bulkier items like appliances and old furniture.
How can I access the 40-yard dumpster to throw items?
Our 40-yard roll-off dumpster is rectangular with an open top and swinging door. These bins can be used for construction projects. This dumpster may be too large for common residential projects. Check municipality regulations to see if you can place it on the streets. 
How much does a 40-yard dumpster hold?
A 40-yard roll-off dumpster can hold 16 truckloads of waste or 5-6 tons of debris, close to 250 33-gallon trash bags. It’s big enough to hold bulkier items like appliances and old furniture. This is our biggest dumpster size available.
Does a 20-yard short dumpster fit in my driveway?
Yes. Our 20-yard short dumpster is also helpful for residential or construction projects with small driveways. It has the perfect dimensions to fit without difficulty.

How much stuff fits in a 15-yard dumpster?
A 15-yard dumpster holds 15 cubic yards of debris. This is about 90-100 33-gallon trash bags. A 15-yard dumpster is a medium-sized dumpster that fits in most driveways. 
What’s the difference between a roll-off dumpster and a dumpster trailer?
A roll-off dumpster is a container that’s dropped off onto your project site and picked up when you’re finished loading the debris. A dump trailer is a container on wheels that allows you to haul waste to a dump. Dump trailers, generally, can carry less weight than roll-off dumpsters.
Do you have concrete-only dumpsters?
Yes. For your construction-site needs, we have concrete-only dumpsters readily available for rent. 
Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
You’ll need to acquire a dumpster if you intend to have your container off on a street or other public property. Our service representatives will be able to tell you if you’ll need a permit when we’re setting up your order. 
Will my dumpster have a weight limit?
Each of our dumpster sizes has a weight limit that will affect the amount of debris you can dispose of. Exceeding your weight limit can result in additional fees. When in doubt, give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX to learn the amount of weight you can put on your dumpster. 
Which size dumpster is right for my project?

How should I load my dumpster?
Ensure all debris is placed within the container. Do not leave anything hanging off the sides or sticking through the top of the dumpster. 
Am I responsible for the things I put in my dumpster?
What can’t I put in a dumpster?
We accept just about everything. We can not take tires, cans or buckets of wet paint, Gas, oil, propane tanks, car batteries, asbestos, horse crap, dead animals or anything hazardous.
What dumpster sizes do you offer?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time. Payment is made over the phone at the time the order is placed. 
How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
Our base flat rates begin at $379 for a 10 yard dumpster. All dumpster rental prices vary depending on size, contents, rental period and location. Call and speak with an account manager to determine your exact rate.
Service Questions
Will my dumpster be picked up automatically?
We do not pick up dumpsters until you notify us. You must call to schedule a complimentary pickup on or before the last day of your rental period. Please, be advised, if you don’t contact us to pick up your dumpster, you will be charged a fee for extending the rental period. 
Can I order additional dumpsters?
If you fill your dumpster before your project is complete, call our office to schedule a pickup or request a dump-and-return service (service requires a new rental & new charges apply). You can also order additional dumpsters depending on the scope of your project.
How long are typical rental periods?
Most dumpster rental periods range from 7 to 14 days. Depending on your needs, you can extend your rental period for a daily flat fee rate.
